WHAT INSURANCE IS INCLUDED IN MY RESERVATION?
As you’re booking your car, you’ll also find the information regarding what exactly the insurances will cover. You will also be able to add additional insurances during the booking process.
WHAT DOES ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE COVER?
Enterprise provides 24/7 Roadside Assistance to their customer. This service is handled by ANWB Roadside Assistance and can be reached by calling +31 20 740 0952.
Roadside assistance is provided with the rental free of charge in case of mechanical breakdown. In order to benefit from this cover, contact this service immediately after the occurrence of the incident. If this is not done, there will no ability to claim for reimbursement of the expenses.
Be aware, that call out costs related to breakdowns that are the drivers fault, including for flat batteries, lost keys, out of fuel service or keys locked in the vehicle, are not covered under this insurance as well as eventual costs to repair the vehicle and any travel costs to exchange the vehicle.

CAN I ADD AN ADDITIONAL DRIVER TO MY RESERVATION?
Yes, you can! When you’re picking up your rental car, you can let us know at the counter that you’d like to add an additional driver, show us their driver’s license, and you’re all set.
Please note that while the additional driver does not need to be there in person, it is necessary to physically bring their driver's license with you (instead of, for example, a copy or a picture). The driver's license needs to be valid and to have been in the possession of the driver for at least one year.
The extra charges for this will be shown during the reservervation.
WHAT DOES DAMAGE WAIVER COVER?
CDW Basic Cover is included in your reservation with Enterprise. This insurance limits the liability for any damage to the vehicle to a non-waivable charge of €900,- for all car groups. In case of a corporate account being present, a different non-waivable charge may apply. Please be aware this insurance only applies if the vehicle is used in accordance with the "General Car Rental conditions of Enterprise Rent-A-Car NL".
CDW Basic Cover only covers the body of the vehicle and does not cover roof, tires, rims and windows, broken/loss of keys or contamination of fuel. Damage to the under body-work and/or roof due to collision with bridges, tunnels, overhanging structures etc. is excluded from the damage cover, unless a force majeure can be proved.

WHAT DOES THIRD PARTY LIABILITY COVER?
Third Party Liability is included in your reservation with Enterprise.
All vehicles in the Enterprise fleet are insured against bodily injury and property damage that you might inflict on a third party as a result of an accident involving the vehicle. The amounts for such liability cover are available on request. In particular, you must comply with the rule concerning permitted destinations, as set out in the "General Car Rental conditions of Enterprise Rent-A-Car NL" in order to have the full benefit of the insurance provisions.
CAN I ADD A CHILD SEAT TO MY RESERVATION?
Yes you can! While making your reservation, you can add extras as a child seat. Did you already made your reservation, do you want to add more than one child seat, or do you want to inform us about what type of child seat you need? Please give us a call at +31 20 740 0950 before you will pick-up your vehicle so we can check availability.

CAN I ADD A NAVIGATION SYSTEM (GPS) TO MY RESERVATION?
Yes you can! While making your reservation, you can add extras as the navigation system. If you're not provided this extra option, or you already made your reservation, please give us a call at +31 20 740 0950 before you will pick-up your vehicle so we can check availability.

WHAT DOES THEFT PROTECTION COVER?
Theft Protection is included in your reservation with Enterprise. This insurance limits the financial liability in the event of the vehicle being stolen, except where incurred through negligence and/or breach of contract.
A non-waivable charge of €900,- applies for all car groups, unless a corporate account is being present and indicates a different non-waivable charge.
WHAT DOES TIRE AND WINDOWS PROTECTION MEAN?
Tires and Windows Protection covers damage to the rubber tire and windows with a zero excess. The insurance does not cover rims, as a rim is considered as part of the body.

WHAT DOES COLLISION DAMAGE WAIVER TOP COVER MEAN?
CDW Top Cover totally waives the already limited liability in cases of damage to the rental vehicle provided to €0,- for all car groups. Please be aware this insurance only applies if the vehicle is used in accordance with the "General Car Rental conditions of Enterprise Rent-A-Car NL".
CDW Top Cover does not cover rims, broken/loss of keys or contamination of fuel. Damage to the under body-work and/or roof due to collision with bridges, tunnels, overhanging structures etc. is excluded from the damage cover, unless a force majeure can be proved.
Top Cover can be purchased at time of reservation or at time of pick-up and is not available for customers on Corporate contract rentals unless there is a corporate account number present that indicates this option is applicable.

WHAT DOES ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE PLUS MEAN?
Roadside Assistance PLUS offers an additional cover for the call out costs* related to breakdowns caused by driver’s fault; flat tire, battery, lost keys or keys locked in the vehicle, out of fuel, refueling wrong type of fuel or tire exchange. In order to benefit from this cover, contact this service immediately after the occurrence of the incident. If this is not done, there will no ability to claim for reimbursement of the expenses.

CAN I ADD WINTER/SNOW TIRES TO MY RESERVATION?
At Enterprise, we offer all-season tires. To request all-season tires, please give us a call at +31 20 740 0950 before you will pick-up your vehicle so we can check availability.
Please be aware it is the responsibility of the renter to check tire requirements for different weather conditions in the countries to be visited with the rental car.
