Because all our cars are younger than 9 months, you will always find the latest models in our fleet. You can find all currently available categories on our vehicle overview page. You'll also be able to see what's available when you're booking your car.

All applicable costs and the reason for why each of them is charged are clearly listed while you're booking your car. After booking, you will always be able to refer to all applicable costs via your reservation confirmation and your contract.

There are two important things to keep in mind to ensure you are not surprised by any unforeseen costs:

  • If you add any options at the rental counter when picking up your car, even if your booking is prepaid, please note this will be added to your current rental cost. The same is applicable when you, for example, call to extend your rental. However, we will always send you your new rental agreement to ensure you are informed and have a new overview you can refer to.
  • If the booking was not directly made via Enterprise.nl, we kindly advise to inform our colleagues at the counter which insurances and extra options you booked via the third party. This is due to the fact that we at Enterprise cannot look into these specifics if the booking was created elsewhere, meaning that without that information, we might recommend a certain insurance that you already have.

When you are under 25 years of age, you can rent any car in the following categories: Mini, Economy, Compact, Compact Limousine, Compact Wagon, Intermediate, Intermediate SUV, Intermediate Wagon, Medium SUV Auto, Medium SUV Manual, Standard, Standard Wagon.

However, you don't have to worry about remembering this while you're booking your car: as you fill out your age during the first step, our booking tool will take this into account when showing you the available categories.

This depends on where you booked your rental car.

  • If you booked via Enterprise.nl and you wish to cancel your car rental reservation, we kindly advise you to contact us via phone (+31 20 740 0950) so we can cancel your booking for you right away
  • If you booked via a third party and you wish to cancel your car rental reservation, please contact them directly for your request. We also advise contacting us via phone (+31 20 740 0950) to give us a heads up.

This depends on where you booked your rental car.

  • When you have booked via Enterprise.nl, you can request a refund by contacting Customer Care: customercare@enterprise-netherlands.com. We kindly ask you to include your full name, reservation number and rental dates, so we can assist you as quickly as possible.
  • When you have booked via a third party, we can only kindly advise you to contact the concerning third party. This is due to the fact that when you book via a third party, your payment goes to them directly. That is why only they can provide you with a refund.

This depends on where you booked your rental car, and how.

  • When you book via Enterprise.nl and you pay directly online at the moment of booking, you receive a full refund when you cancel up to 3 days (72 hours) before your rental starts.
  • When you book via Enterprise.nl and you opt to pay later at the counter, you can cancel anytime before your car rental starts. In that case a refund is not applicable, as payment has not yet been made.
  • When you book via a third party, we at Enterprise Car Sharing and Rental, can only advise to contact the place where the booking was made to enquire about their refund policy. This is due to the fact that when you book via a third party, your payment goes to them directly. That is why only they can make the decision which is depending on their refund policy.

The cost of a rental car depends on many different factors: the class, the availability, whether or not you're looking for extra's such as GPS or additional insurances, and so on.

Of course, when you're booking your car, you can see exactly how much it will cost, including where the costs come from. That's why you'll never have to deal with unexpected charges when booking via Enterprise.

All of our cars are 100% smoke free.

Renters will be assessed a cleaning fee of €250,- including 21% VAT if the vehicle is returned and it smells like cigarettes or if there are detectable traces of cigarettes/ash 

Enterprise is pet-friendly: you can bring your pet with you in your rental car.

We do advise keeping your pet in their carrier and bringing back the car without hair and bitemarks on the interior, to avoid any repair- or cleaning costs.

There is a half an hour grace period, but afterwards your reservation will be labeled as a no show, and then the reserved car may no longer be available.

Therefore we always kindly advise calling us at +31 20 740 0950 if you know you will be late.

It is possible to pick up your car half an hour to an hour earlier than your reserved time.

However, the location may not be able to accommodate you if it's more than that due to logistics. In that case, we kindly advise contacting us for assistance. You can call us at +31 20 740 0950 or send an e-mail with your full name and booking number to customercare@enterprise-netherlands.com.

We are able to assist with hotel deliveries and corporate rental deliveries.

For hotel deliveries, we kindly advise contacting the closest location. On the following pages, you can find the contact information per car rental location.

At the moment, booking a driver with your rental car is not yet possible in the Netherlands.

At the moment, booking a car with a roof rack is not yet possible in the Netherlands.

At the moment, booking a car with a towbar is not yet possible in the Netherlands.
