Customer Service & Sales Agent

What will you be doing?
We are looking for part time or full time Customer Service & Sales Agents. For this role you get to be part of our amazing Amsterdam teams: Schiphol Airport, Amsterdam Centraal Station, Amsterdam Nassaukade and Amsterdam Zuidas OR our Southern teams in Eindhoven Airport and Maastricht.
• Offer customers an outstanding, distinctive journey. Their experience begins with YOU: you represent Enterprise as the first point of contact via phone, e-mail and face-to-face interactions
• Provide friendly and efficient customer service at time of rental and return; handle and resolve questions, comments and complaints according to our company guidelines
• Facilitate the rental process: verify all driver information, link the booking to a car within the booked category, help the customer with any additional requests, create the rental contract

· Have a valid driver’s license for the Netherlands

· Available on weekends and willing to work flexible shifts
· Enjoys working in an international environment
· Has a GREAT sense of humour!
· English is a must - bonus if you can speak more than 1 language!
